Best Hibachi in Chattanooga! The house dressing is to die for yummy! This was my first hibachi experience and still my all time favorite!
Wait times unreasonable, my party of two was stuck with a party of twelve who had not all arrived yet poor hostess judgement, we waited until they all arrived to order. Took an hour until we got our soup and salad. The party of twelve even though we arrived and were seated before them received a cook and service. Total time waiting for food 2hrs and 14min - granted by this point they were closed to prep for dinner service.

Kanpai! I went to Kanpai with my church group and we had a heavenly time. Their fillet mignon is the best I have ever had.
Grease! – While the food at this restaurant is eatable, the restaurant has a very strong smell of grease and fried something, I had to give my clothes to the dry cleaning because the smell penetrated everything, even my hair. I could smell this untill I got home and took a shower!
The food is always awesome. Need more experienced show cooks, but the food is NEVER bad.
Caution Chefs in Training – Kanpai's chefs have never been the best but lunch today at the Hamilton location was the worst my family and I have had. The chef and waiter were both extremely slow. Our table was just being served rice when the last people from another table, who were seated after us, left. The chef only tried one trick and it took three times to get it right. But the worst part was the food. The rice was burned, the meat was over cooked and he had a mishap with the vegetables and we only got part of what we sho... read more
