As someone who works in patient accounts, please, do not use this firm. They do not seem to follow proper attorney protocol. Many patients that my office has treated for them have had to pay their own medical bills after their case settles, rather than having a negotiable lien set up like a proper attorney would... Do not use them my boyfriend got more money than me and i was the driver i also have to pay my own dr bills after i settled because if not i would have gotten nothing back
I haven’t heard from them since August. No response to emails or phone call for any update since first offer in June. Not pleased at all!

I certainly mashed the one star in this section by mistake. Your attorney/client relation with me has been anything but proffesinal. I gave my-not-at-fault-accident case to your office 5/5/2017, I stayed in compliance with all that your office instructed me to do and I have yet to get any concrete answers concerning my case when calling for answers. The worst ! Takes over a year to settle .. only for my case to be up for litigations.. not to mention I'm 22 with life long injuries and my attorney tells me I may only get $100-$200 at the end of it all ! You gotta be kidding me ! I pray I never have to deal with such a terrible company ever again in my life .. waiting all this time for little to no compensation.. I bet k & p will get thousands off of me though ��

They are full of shit!it took a whole year to settle my case they are getting rich for free don't use them. The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. They settle everyone case for a thousand dollars and keep the rest they need to be investigated. I wished I never obtained 411 Pain it should 411 Gain all your money! I really regret calling them. Please do your research before obtaining them!
BEWARE OF THIS LAW FIRM. Case was settled a month ago. Still waiting on check sent files almost a month ago and they still haven't sent check. They don't offer electronic service for checks so after you settle case you will be waiting another 2 months to receive funds .Accident happened 2015 still waiting. So if you want a quick simple settlement and only want to deal with an on hands lawyer this is not the place to go.
