UPDATE: Concerning poor snow removal last winter. This winter it has been much improved. Plowing usually starts by 7am. Entrance and sidewalk area's also much improved. Plowing is much improved. Credit when due Glenn and Property Manager Theresa are doing a great job
Teresa is really takes the time to care about the residents but it is hard for her to do it most of the time per I don't understand why she has to manage 3 apartment building and do the job of three people she needs more help so she would only do one place so she can handle all the issues that were not handled by the other managers that wouldn't do there jobs right she is trying to make things at kannrnberg look better but hard because she doesn't have time to be there per she has to run three apartments building witch isn't... read more
I'm 59 years old . I was homeless two years. Now I have a ausome place to live. the apartment I was in before this one could fit into my current apartment living room. And the landlord is so much involved in what is going on that I feel safe here. No more sleepless nights thanks to the management here
I've held my tongue for the last time. This building consist of senior citizens, and those with disabilities. The snow removal in the back, is almost non existent. It snowed 3-4 inches on 3/5/25. 60% of the lot was plowed in the morning, and that was it for the day. Now at 7pm, the back lot is snow, snow trails, and ice now, with no salt layed out. Furthermore, there is a large, wide walkway from the main doors in the back, to the parking lot. It wasn't even touched!! Not even at the door!! Did they figure....it'll just melt... read more
