There's a problem with bed bugs there the sprinkler pipes are bursting I've been living here for 4 or 5 years and sprinklers have burst at least six or more times it flooded first floor really bad one time I can't remember the last time we had inspections it was good to start out with when I first moved in and then it went downhill from there people smoking their apartments when they're not supposed to and the landlord don't do anything about when I first moved into my apartment there was cigarette burns on the carpet that c... read more
Gorman company don't care they go in your apartment without your knowledge no notice no nothing till you receive an eviction notice then you know why they were in your apartment . Do NOT TRUST THEM especially Shelly Turner manager at kannenberge and the landmark apartments again do not trust these people please don't even rent there look somewhere else please
