horrible experience . been there 4 times for a simple transfer of a vehicle owned by me as a gift to my daughter. This office has made this a miserable experience. every time I go back they have another form that needs filling out and notarized. I asked the 3rd and 4th time being there if this is everything. well now im going back for my 5th time. incompetent useless dinosaurs there that are worse then any actual state employee.
