they don't come any better then Kannapolis power Equipment they will go out of there way to make it right trust me I know this first hand super people
Love this place, great prices and nice people. I've always bought all my equipment here! They have sales all the time, and the equipment is so much better than what you can get at Lowes, etc. I love my newest Toro zero turn!
I recommend Kannapolis Power Equipment to everyone. Their staff is extremely courteous and they know their stuff. Their prices are very reasonable. I spoke with a young man who works there and he was very helpful. Compare their prices to other power equipment stores and you will be surprised at the difference.
Salesman (Stevie) flat out lied twice about the normal retail price on a dent and scratch model. This will be our last dealings with Kannapolis Power Equipment.
Great place to shop and excellent people to deal with
I asked for one particular repair. That's all. The repair was an obvious one, requiring no tinkering with the product. They did tinkering, and did not initiate the repair I specifically requested, the replacement of a shift gear wire. I will seek other venues in the future. Lesson learned.
