They don’t keep small five dollar parts in stock you have to order and then they can’t order it unless they get a certain dollar amount before they can place your order also it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get service you think these people would have one person for repairs one person doing routine maintenance service for people’s mower especially when you purchase your mower from them

From the first phone call about the Father’s Day special the customer service was phenomenal!! I purchased the 54” 125 Kubota with blower and trailer and was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. When I arrived they walked me through the mower had it loaded for me and all ready to go. Will be back for future purchases
