Love this place. They've taken care of 2 of my girls litters. She's never nervous when she goes in here and the staff loves her.

I brought my 17 old cat in to be PTS. I paid to get a paw print. Said they’d call me when it was ready.. almost a week goes by and nothing. I call and they said they’d have to call me back... they never got his paw print.. issued a refund but money isn’t going to fix your mistake. I’m deeply upset about this. All I wanted was a paw print from my beloved pet.. and now I don’t have that.
First time at this facility and I must say. We are very impressed. The Dr. that examined our Fur-baby was very gentle, very understanding and knowledgeable of the possible issues were facing. After going to another veterinarian facility for the past 6 years. I think we've found a new Veterinarian for our Savannah kittens/cats. If you want the best care for your 4 legged family members. This is the place to bring them.
Extremely rude staff should be trained on how to speak to the public and should not hang up on someone for no reason at all.
The way my daughter and my poor dog were treated when my daughter brought him in to put our poor lil 13 year old Pomeranian to sleep was appalling!!!! No compassion what so ever!!! worst place we have ever dealt with!!! Never again will I come to this place!! Never!!
They are always great. I have never had any problems there.
When you call about a sick and pregnant dog, the say the Dr will call you. 1 1/2 hours later No Return Call??? We are now at another vet who asked how soon can you get her here. Won't be back to K3 animal hospital. Ever.
