Specifically, Dr. Nicole Opsal is extremely rude and non-compassionate for a medical provider. Instead of being understanding during a high stressful time for my dog and I, I was met with sarcasm and attitude! I Spent a lot of money and felt uncomfortable leaving my dogs life in her hands! Dr. Joe on the other hand is very pleasant, and has a nice office presence. Please, have Dr. Nicole adjust her attitude and bedside presence. From another medical professional...a Registered Nurse.
I brought my very sick cat in to see what was wrong with him & was told it was an upper respiratory infection & he was given a shot & sent home. A few days go by he’s not getting better I call & they tell me to come pick up meds. So I did, started giving them to him he still wasn’t getting better. Brought him back in & instead of doing tests I was sent home after he was given the same shot that didn’t work. A week later I woke up to him dead. None of their employees including the Vet are wearing masks, despite the fact that the majority of their clients are older people with animals ... Find a vet that has a clue.
