Found a beautiful kitchen table, chairs and hutch. Was promised delivery no later than the first week in September. They've had my money from the beginning, but now it's over 2 months later and we're still waiting for the hutch. Totally ridiculous. I will never deal with this company again! 🤬🤬🤬

Just browsing thru the Naples store; found a couple of lamps, table, & other accessories. Asked about availability. Guess there is a truck that comes once a week! Really?! When arrival, you have the SAME DAY to make a return should it not work. After that, it’s yours forever. I can’t believe they have any business. Plenty of other choices! Buyers beware.
I bought a couch, loveseat, and power recliner about 2 years ago. No problems or issues. Very happy with the purchases.
BEWARE!!!! They do not stand behind their products. My leather couch and chair is pealing! Will not do anything about it even after I purchased the leather conditioner from them for $100. I am sorry the is not a way of giving a negative star review a one star is too high.
The furniture Kane's sells is complete garbage! We purchased a top of the line couch with heat, vibration, electric recline etc. The electrical system doesn't work, and the entire center wood frame of the couch completely collapsed. Oh, and their "10 year guarantee" is complete bull! The poorly made furniture will just get "rigged" and collapse again. We have a very nice service technician at our house right now, and he says it's not a replacement plan as the salesman lead you to believe AND the electrical is not covered in ... read more
Worst customer service. They lie about the warranty and products. The warranty person is rude and disrespectful. I don't know if he thought he was better than me but was very condescending. Manager on Duty was even worse. Sales person told me he would deliver my furniture since he knows where I live. Creepy
