When manufacturing and transportation shut down, it shuts down for everyone, so when it opens back up, it take manufacturers quite a while to produce and ship all of the product from vendors all over the world. If you deal with them don’t pay up front with their promise “wink wink” your order will get moved up the list and will be here sooner than promised date. After furniture which was delivered over a month late on first chair and over a month after that for second chair, first chair was delivered they couldn’t get a bolt in with the cordless drill and went and got an Allen wrench and forced the bolt in. All they want is your money!!!!!! Purchase A whole bedroom set plus...Every time I call the person that we did business with that works for Kanes furniture he doesn't even take the time to call back... Even spoke to corporate corporate didn't even take the time to call back after I spent an hour on the phone waiting to speak to somebody was asked if we could please call you back I said fine and still haven't heard from them.... Be careful buying furniture from them!!!!!!

I bought a couch on July 4th 2020. The sales woman said my couch will arrive in mid August but didn’t give an exact date. Mind you I picked the couch that was the least inconvenient to get. It wasn’t my favorite to buy but it was the best to buy at a time due to Covid. I called 4x in August for a date or call back from sales lady. I never received the call.
