Three months after delivery of my defective adjustable mattress, it has been replaced through the manufacturer. Kane’s would not stand behind their product that was defective on delivery. Instead they told me it was the manufacturers problem. Only three months worth of my time and effort it is finally done. Thanks, no thanks Kane’s. Thought you blocked me! 😆😆
Don't buy anything "leather". My inlaws bought a chair and was ruined in less than 6 months. They don't guarantee it and offered to fix it for the price of a new chair. What a joke. Then I complained on Facebook and messenger and they blocked me and removed my posts. The worst customer service ever.

Sell furniture that doesn't quickly fall apart. Stop letting your sales people lie to customers about how the fabric will not peel like fake leather. They lied to me. and refused to do anything about the peeling love seat. The manager was sharp in his tone with me and denied his sale man lied. He wasn't there when the lies took place. Bottom line Don't fall for their sales gimmicks and Don't buy their crappy furniture. You will regret it.
WARNING CHEAP PRODUCTS! They will fall apart within a year and a half. These products are no better than the cheap discount stores. My big lots recliner lasted longer than thier product. They arr not worth the money! We purchased a reclining sectional 1year and 5 months ago and the sensors to adjust the recliner have already fallen off. Kane's will not fix it. They won't even give me the part number so I can order the pieces and do it my self.
I would avoid Kane’s, they never set up our smart bed properly and didn’t supply the correct hardware. Our salesman Mike S. Refused to take my calls and is a typical salesman, he will say anything to get an order then forgets who you are after the sale. I even had to buy $15 dollars worth of fasteners that were supposed to come with the bed Do yourself a favor and don’t bother shopping there.
They should stand behind there products...I've purchased an outdoor furniture set and in about 18 months the seam on one of the cushions separated. I called they sent out a service tech and they decided it was only covered for 1 yr, I am a part time Florida resident about 3 months a year, so i guess every 6 months I should buy a new cover!!!!! It was obvious the cover was not sewn properly I would think after spending several thousand dollars they would stand behind a seat cover, guess I'm wrong.....will never buy from them ... read more
