I have been with Kane Insurance for 20 yrs. David is excellent to work with and will work hard to get you the best fair deal. I have recommended him to several friends and they often thank me for the recommendation. I have a friend who switched their, auto, home and motorcycle insurance.
It's hard to describe how disappointed I am in the people who took over for David Kane. It is hard to leave such a negative review on a company that has his name on it. You can't speak with the new agent, Chris Nolley he only responds to emails, and Becky says she will handle something and call you back only to then dodge your calls. I started getting insurance with this company when it was ran by David Kane, but then sadly 😥 he retired and he gave the company over to a guy named Chris and a woman Rebecca, it started off rocky, but I stuck it out! Now fast forward, I have emailed, called and left messages, no one has returned my call, it's been over a month! Needless to say I have moved on and still no one had reached out!!! 🤬😡
