Going to Kane Hall Barry for my Evenity injections was a very good experience. The reception area is clean and uncluttered, and from registration to being called for my procedure was a few minutes. Devon, was very patient and compassionate knowing my fear of injections and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. They are quick to answer any pertinent questions regarding the drug and its side effects.
Dr. Shah is an AMAZING physician, there are not enough words that both my husband and I can say about him and how he has helped my husband get his life back. We have never had the care from a doctor like Dr. Shah provides. He really does care about his patients, their health and how to care for them.
I have no complaints about the staff at all. Devin is great as my infusion nurse. Every time I’ve received a treatment she has been friendly, attentive and making sure I am comfortable. Also, she ensures I am ready for each treatment by asking questions pertinent to my diagnoses, checking my vitals and explaining each step of the infusion process. Facility clean, staff helpful & friendly, knowledgeable. Distance from home is an issue I have, but I didn’t get to pick provider. Also I am not sure why it took so long to be approved after calcium level drawn & results back. I had to follow-up for appointment. I was not given date results were received at facility. Possibly communication from provider to facility issue.
My neurologist is located in this office and I always feel comfortable when I have an appointment because of the way the staff and the nurses treat me from the time I arrive with friendly smiles and respect.
