Do NOT by from Kane carpet. Their customer service is horrible! They treat you rudely and hang up on you if you call their customer service number provided on their website and state “they do not talk to the public”. Well then don’t put a customer service number on your website. And btw “the public” are the ones paying for your product. I canceled my order and will never buy from Kane carpet.
