I had contacted Kandu Pools and expected that the company will provide me with a good service and in fact is an unsatisfactory service with false and misleading information on the quote after which the price will be increased for many reasons they can find and at the end I was told:' you can have your money back'. But how it will be considered/ in the middle of summer to start over again to look for a reliable company/ provide a deposit and have all reparair done just on the time the pool has to be closed for the winter. I visited this place today with my toddlers to get my water tested and I'm extremely impressed by the service we received. My 2 year old left saying, "I like this place" 😅
