We rented for several years a home that is managed by Remax agent Kandise Powell at Re/Max 1st Olympic in Lynchburg, VA. During this time we were careful to pay every single rent check on time, took careful care of the property, and even paid many times for minor repairs to appliances, etc out of our own pocket. We moved out of this property at the beginning of January. Kandise was very prompt in response by email and phone in regards to a property I inquired on. She was very polite and resourceful. She interact and very friendly to other customers during my visit! She was polite and professional!
