My goodness! Where do we start? Every step of the way, Kandi was there giving us the support we needed. We learned very quickly why she comes highly recommended. Right in the middle of getting our house ready, emergencies began to arise. Luckily, we had Kandi and her multitude of resources to mitigate the impossible situations. I was terrified. Between misunderstandings and a unfortunately timed stroke my generational ranch was going to go up for auction unless I somehow came up with delinquent property taxes. We came up with a plan, get a loan, pay off the taxes, do intensive repairs and refurbish a house to rent that would cover taxes and mortgage costs.
