Horrible, horrible and horrible. Does not take time to listen. Was very condescending towards me when I was simply asking questions. Never had a healthcare professional speak to me in this manner that is supposed to be helping people. I don’t know why she’s in the business that is to care for patients because she doesn’t give two cents or at least for me. No empathy, no compassion, just bad for healthcare.
