I’ve been here often and love the experience!! They’re all very friendly and customer oriented. Mathu is always ready to help customers and is my favourite optician here! She makes sure to provide excellent styling recommendations and options.
Mathu and the greater Kanda Optical Team here took such good care of my mom and I. It’s always such a sincere interaction with this team, thank you all for your kindness and amazing customer service.

FYI, you don't need a recent prescription to buy new eye glasses if you are confident of your current prescription (as you wear your glasses everyday and don't need a doctor to confirm that you can see...especially for weak prescriptions). kanda insisted they can't do anything without a new prescription. Anyways, walked across the street to Walmart Optical and purchased 2 new pairs of eye glasses within 30mins.
