Dupinder is amazing. He is calm, patient, and explains nuances of what we need vs want quite well. Had a minor but risky repair on my glasses which be promptly accepted and did an excellent job in. Highly recommended.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Dupinder exceeded all my expectations with his humility, kindness and his determination to make the customers fully satisfied before leaving the premise. He would bend over backwards to make it a great experience for the customer. This spirit was reflected in his team as well. I’ve been here often and love the experience!! They’re all very friendly and customer oriented. Mathu is always ready to help customers and is my favourite optician here! She makes sure to provide excellent styling recommendations and options.
