FYI, you don't need a recent prescription to buy new eye glasses if you are confident of your current prescription (as you wear your glasses everyday and don't need a doctor to confirm that you can see...especially for weak prescriptions). kanda insisted they can't do anything without a new prescription. Anyways, walked across the street to Walmart Optical and purchased 2 new pairs of eye glasses within 30mins. The customer service was very poor. The lady did not want to listen to my issues and she completely dismissed us even though I have been their customer for over 10 years now at this location specifically. Completely dissatisfied.
Have been visiting Kanda for 6+ years now and really amazed at the personal time and attention from Dupinder and Komal. Dupinder is very knowledgeable and can help pick the best ones for all requirements. These guys are on time, flexible and easy to coordinate with. Great experience overall
Conveniently located on the border of Toronto/ Markham. Well served by Midu and Komal who were able to understand our VISION and did a superb job with reasonable price and time FRAME. Thanks to our passionate and honest community leader Mr Kanda and his wonderful team. Kudos
I ordered my and my wife's glasses on January 16 and I was told I will get them in two weeks. It's been more than 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them!!!! Not good
