We had a very disappointing experience at Kan Pai tonight, and unfortunately it had nothing to do with the food. Earlier today, I called and specifically made a reservation for 6 people for Teppanyaki at 5:30 PM to celebrate my grandson’s birthday while he is visiting from Kentucky. I clearly stated Teppanyaki when making the reservation. When we arrived at 5:30, we were told there was no Teppanyaki reservation for us and instead had been placed at a regular table.
