I actually really like the quality of these jeans. 10/10 for overall fit and quality. I am not exactly sure what is going on with their customer service. The first pair I ordered from online was delivered with the wrong jeans. The third time I ordered I had to return both and only received a refund for one of the jeans. I understand that things can happen and there is a labor shortage but this seems very odd. I ended up driving to Buckle to purchase a pair of jeans since I haven't had the best luck online.

I have been a loyal customer of the store for years. There is always something new to see, and I am so happy that they support local businesses!
