This review is not based on medical services provided because I was unable to obtain assistance. I was discharged from Mercy San Juan Medical Center on 7/24/23 with a diagnosis of a fractured cervical spine injury (C-1). I was instructed to contact Dr. Sahrakar's office and schedule an appointment to be seen within 1-2 weeks for a follow up to verify recovery progress for this serious injury.
