My son Chase has been going to Dr. Gunton since he was 4. We had started taking him at the age of 3 to another eye surgeon and that was a horrifying experience! Finding Dr. Gunton was a miracle, my son absolutely loves her. She has done surgery to repair a lazy eye and still sees him once a year! I would never trust anyone else. My son has been going here for 12 years. Dr. Gunton is so helpful and patient. She answers any questions and offers any help that I may need. My son is so comfortable at her office (we've gone from Center City to King of Prussia, to Newtown), he wants to stay with her until he can't go there anymore when he's older. Thank you!!
Dr. Gunton was very good. She explained everything!
Spent 2.5 hours there with a 3 year old. When they went to go make my daughters follow up, they had a computer crash and could not make it. 6 weeks later, i get a reminder call. I ask to reschedule and they want to charge me for a missed appt fee for THEIR mistake. Also, was supposed to get a receipt emailed to me, again their issue and i am STILL waiting. So 2.5 hour wait, crappy office staff and lies. Avoid at all costs!
