★★★★★ I cannot thank the team at Phases Emergency Vet Clinic enough. My pup, Kilo, had a life-threatening condition (GDV) and they saved his life! From the moment I called in a panic, the staff were calm, kind, and compassionate. they acted fast, guided me through what to do, and were ready the second we arrived. Their quick action, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference during one of the scariest moments of my life. Kilo is now home and recovering because of them. Highly recommend Phases Emergency Vet Clinic to... read more
They are fantastic. And more reasonably priced than some others.
$450. It cost us $450 to have our dog put down. $450 to have them hurt her with the sedation needle. $450 to have them miss the injection site on a fully sedated, very well veined dog. $450 to have them cause pain on the second attempt at inserting the butterfly needle the barbiturates were to be delivered through. $450 to hold my dog down, twice, while they killed her. You’d hope for $450, they’d at least spell our name right.
Gary and I owned a beautiful 18 year old dog RV. When it was time to say goodbye to our "guy", we were treated with compassion and care from the front staff and our veterinary Juliet with the most love and attention. We are so grateful for all the care and attention we received from all the staff. Thankyou so much for the hugs and warmth. We have been dog owners for over 32 years and would highly recommend this clinic. Brenda and Gary Johnston
