Don't waste your time! Do your sleepover (the night staff was great- the day staff and Dr are useless), get your machine and switch to another sleep clinic (like Oxylife). They don't even care that their confirmation email has Kelowna contact information.

I would give no stars if it was an option. Went for a sleep study at the clinic waited 2 weeks for my follow up phone consult, advised I needed treatment VIA CPAP but wanted me to come back in for another overnight to get my pressure and mask fit just right. Out of several people I know not one of them has spent even one, nevermind two nights in a clinic, which I really did not want to do.
