I would give no stars if it was an option. Went for a sleep study at the clinic waited 2 weeks for my follow up phone consult, advised I needed treatment VIA CPAP but wanted me to come back in for another overnight to get my pressure and mask fit just right. Out of several people I know not one of them has spent even one, nevermind two nights in a clinic, which I really did not want to do. Terrible experience. Arrogant Doctors. Go to any of the other sleep apnea clinic in town.
I find Dr. Cooper is takes his time listening and assessing patients needs, very helpful and caring. I wish him well.
I had a really wonderful experience here. Angie was great and everyone I've ever spoken with on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that my car was monitored by security cameras while I slept.
I had a good experience here. The tech was very sweet and explained everything thoroughly. I was quite nervous, and she made me feel way more comfortable being there. The facility is also clean, which is good!
