I purchased a jeep and was assisted by lady in parts who was very knowledgeable. Was sent to talk to terry in warranty and this lady went above and beyond to make me feel like family and help me. From first meeting till end of work she was very professional and accommodating. We need more people in this world like her and the parts staff . Been there about four times and nothing but good things to say . Thank you . Don’t change the way you treat people and customers as one of those people may become a customer . Awesome .
If i could give 10 stars to Norm i would. We recently purchased a jeep for my 80 year old mother in law and Norm was fantastic. He was so patient with her and all her questions. Never once felt rushed and his communication back and forth was great while we sorted out the deal. At no point did I get the typical "car salesman" vibe. Highly recommend this dealership and Norm Langlois!!!!
I had some help because a prior dealership had did the bait and switch, and this place actually helped me out with some advice , if there willing to help with advice they’re willing to sell a car with your interests
I strongly advise anyone—especially travelers—to steer clear of Kamloops Chrysler Dodge. This shop tried to run a blatant scam on me while I was passing through on my way home to Alaska. I brought in my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan, and they claimed I had a head gasket about to blow. According to them, I needed to replace all the gaskets, the water pump, thermostat, AC compressor, and the radiator. The grand total? $9,681.54 CAD. My recent visit to Kamloops dodge was great! Kristie and the rest of the service dept were awesome too! They fixed and completed my truck ahead of schedule, everything is working correctly and they even cleaned it for me, thank you Kristie and the rest of the team, I highly recommend! Terry in that department was truly great too, couldn’t ask for better service. Great job!!
