Our salesman Aidan was excellent. He was prompt on all our inquiries and really friendly as well. Owen in finance had us all done up and on to insurance quickly. Got a great truck and really happy with the deal and the whole team at Kamloops Ram. Would definitely recommend them!
You're better off going to one of their neighbors. My transmission stopped working. They recommended to do a rebuild or a used transmission option. I did the used transmission option. Foolishly believing they had some reason for recommending it. I expect a recommended used transmission to not last long, not that it will never work to begin with. the 1st transmission : they put in my truck, installed a filter then figured out the transmission is unsafe to use 2nd transmission : swapped it into my truck then figured out its al... read more
Polite and courteous and on time
The best dealership experience I’ve ever had, Maga was great to deal with and wasn’t greasy and they have a great selection of trucks!
Staff nice but would not budge on a vehicle that could not be financed plus it had other issues. Oh well. We went elsewhere and got a better deal
