Dealing with anyone over the phone is awful. Nurses are always lovely but calling through talking to whoever runs the phones is awful. Trying to book an appointment is such an ordeal they are unprofessional and rude over the phone .
Jennifer and Heather are great nurses! They deserve a raise!!
