(Head Nurse)Jessica and Megan (Primary Nurse) are terrible.They treat patients unprofessionally, are militant about nurses' right and are totally callous and uncaring. I have made formal complaints about my poor treatment at this clinic. Do not complain directly to Jessica or Megan as they will terminate servives immediately. They are horrible nurses who are uncaring and provide poor service. They are well paid and expect vulnerable patients to self care or have thier family or friends do thier job. They are not true walk-in clinics, so I would recommend not going there and wasting your time. Hopefully, someone in Kamloops will open a proper walk-in clinic that is accessible to everyone in the community. Thank you for nothing.
