I went to urgent health care in Kamloops for help, and I’m so thankful for the experience. Everything went smoothly, and the staff were kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I can’t imagine how hard their job is—listening to everyone’s concerns every day—but they still show so much compassion. The doctors, nurses, and social workers truly made me feel supported during a difficult time. Thank you for everything.
This mental health system is broken, people who actually need it are turned away by staff, wasted our time, and were told to come in to see a psychiatrist, and then turned away, after wasting our time in line and filling out forms. Very rude, don’t recommend

It's like they forget you exist. Honestly terrible for people struggling with mental health.
A total joke! Maybe they help drug addicts more but no help with just anxiety and depression from my experience. Gives out other phone numbers to call, weblinks to visit. Put on a waitlist for a specialist without even giving a rough estimate of wait time (weeks, months, years, decades) when I was suicidal years ago. Brett told me they've exhausted their resources on me, there's nothing else they can do. Then they slowly stopped contact.
