It's like they forget you exist. Honestly terrible for people struggling with mental health.
A total joke! Maybe they help drug addicts more but no help with just anxiety and depression from my experience. Gives out other phone numbers to call, weblinks to visit. Put on a waitlist for a specialist without even giving a rough estimate of wait time (weeks, months, years, decades) when I was suicidal years ago. Horrible doctors that seem to know nothing about mental health
They are so caring an help anyway they can I am so sorry for the way I talked on the phone to the staff that should have not happen
Two stars is mainly due to the fact that there is just not enough staff to assist the many people who require mental health services. It is not a reflection on the actual help I have received. They also run programs and then make it incredibly difficult for any clients to get into any of them. I've constantly been given the runaround by staff over a schedule for when the programs are happening.
