love the limo. Great experience
The driver was pleasant but the vehicle was dirty and the music didn’t work. The a/c was weak and there was water in the ice well. Not a luxurious experience!
Booked with this company and they never showed up. Called and they wouldn't answer and we had to get a different ride to destination. If you wanna get your grandmother to drive you around you should use this limousine service.
After booking months in advance, and confirming twice they were a no-show with out even a call to indicate they wouldn't be coming. Our group of nine missed out on two of our pre-scheduled stops while we scrambled to find alternate transportation, after waiting and hoping for 40 minutes that maybe they were just lost or stuck in traffic. DO NOT book with this company. You'd be better off walking - you'll get where you wanna go sooner. Such a HUGE disappointment.
Our limousine for our wedding turned up and was rusty and old. The door was actually broken, the lock jammed so people in the limo had to climb over me to get out while I was in my wedding dress. The air conditioning was broken on a 35 degree day. Then they overcharged me on my credit card. I contacted the owner to complain and was told I could have a credit towards my next use, which is irrelevant as I don't live in Kamloops. I asked for a partial refund on my card and was ignored.
