Friendly staff who took good care of our goat Kevin
Had quite the colic scare with my boy a couple days ago and Dr.Colin was so helpful. Extremely reasonable prices and a very knowledgeable vet is what i’ll always remember from this experience. didn’t push any extra bills or tests and genuinely had the best interest of my horse in mind and me being a student paying my own bills, they also had my best interest on the front of their mind. This vet will always be my go to and i’m so thankful they were there when me and my boy needed them. Couldn’t be happier.

This complaint is not about the veterinary team or the services they provide. I am quite satisfied with that. This review is about their reception/admin team. Their admin team went ahead and charged my card $950 for a bill that was not mine to pay. They did not reach out before doing so, nor did they apologize after I brought the mistake to their attention.
