What an amazing place..the most caring and wonderful staff, and the place itself is beautiful inside and out..our family is so fortunate to be able to spend our Mom's last days there..
Best experience ever!! Really wish all hospices could provide the level of compassion and care that the Marjorie Willoughby Hospice provided! They set the bar very high… which is maybe why our next hospice experience was so awful. Expectations of compassion, care and professionalism were unable to be met elsewhere unfortunately and appear to be perceived as an unrealistic expectation of mine. Hopefully next respite stay my father will be back in Kamloops and not Vernon.
I can't say enough good things about the very special, caring and compassionate people that work here. My Mother was treated so well and with such respect and dignity, we knew she was in the place she was supposed to be.
