Very poor service. They misplaced or failed to reinstall parts during my car service. Please make sure to check everything thoroughly before leaving. This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. The manager, Tyson Schwarz, kept making excuses, saying the part was probably already missing before the service. However, it was missing only after the service was completed. Instead of taking responsibility, they dismissed my concern. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
Make sure all parts and accessories are present on your vehicle before leaving the dealership. In my case, parts were allegedly removed from the vehicle, and when the issue was reported, the manager Tyson Schwarz refused to provide the security camera footage. According to the manager, the cameras did not capture the incident.
