Dave from Service department (glass specialist) provided an exceptional customer service to me. Got an easy, quick and efficient service fixing my front passenger side window.
It was horrible service. Tyson the Manager is a terrible manager. He is dismissive of customers complaints. Tyson does not stand by thier product Kamloops Honda often pressures customers to make expensive needless repairs. Kamloops Honda has made unauthorised repairs and has stolen parts from our vehicles without permission. My advice is to run from Kamloops Honda and never look back
