Today I went to a Honda dealer for tire alignment. When I got to the counter, the receptionist said the price was $184.11 before tax. I also confirmed that the price on the repair order was $184.11. An hour later, the car was repaired, but the receptionist gave me an additional MISC charge of $27.45 in the invoice. This hidden fee was charged extra without prior notification. Honda CRV engine replaced at this shop last year at a cost of $9,600, and the replacement is still under warranty. Recently, the engine started making noticeable noise and vibration, especially when driving uphill. I brought the vehicle back to have the issue diagnosed. After checking it, they could not identify the actual cause and suggested that the catalytic converter might be responsible, but they were not certain. Very poor service. They misplaced or failed to reinstall parts during my car service. Please make sure to check everything thoroughly before leaving. This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. The manager, Tyson Schwarz, kept making excuses, saying the part was probably already missing before the service. However, it was missing only after the service was completed. Instead of taking responsibility, they dismissed my concern. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
