This company was exceptional with their service. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, customer oriented and answered all my questions or found out for me. The entire experience was very supportive and I will recommend them to everyone!
Our furnace had some issues, requiring it to be shut off. We called and were able to get someone in to check it out on Monday. They diagnosed and ordered the parts they needed. Todd showed up to do the repair on Thursday and was very informative on what he was doing, what issues may arise (as our furnace is older) and what the options are if combustion analysis doesn’t go as planned. It was an overall great experience and will continue to recommend!
James and Riley replaced our furnace. They did a great job, efficient and polite. We would highly recommend Kamloops Heating & Air Conditioning, James and Riley.
