Completely disappointed on every visit, they don't know what they are doing, anything covered under warranty they don't want to honor and their reply every single time is we are not paid enough to get this done. They always try to put blame on ford and make you run from pillar to post to just get small warranty work done. Guess what Fix auto and kamloops Ford Lincoln have same GM, yet they have little to no communication.
