I purchased a new F150 from Kamloops Ford Lincoln back in May of this year. I dealt with Colton, who was and is exceptional. If he did not have an answer to my questions, he admitted that he didn't know, but went and found out the answer for me. I respect someone that can admit that they don't know something and then go and find the information you are asking for, instead of making up something vague or brushing aside your inquiry. Awesome service as usual at this dealership!
Service was outstanding. Mobile service tech, Dylan, came to the house and serviced my motorhome in my driveway. Placed a tarp on the driveway to ensure it stayed clean and came with all the necessary parts. No need to drive the motorhome in traffic. It was fantastic.
