I am a repeat customer and here is why- first time I ordered flowers online as a gift to be sent as I live out of town, the process was smooth, they arrived on time and surpassed my expectations. Second time I ordered for Mother’s Day, this time the wrong bouquet was delivered, they fixed the order and re sent however they did not meet my expectations in terms of what I had paid compared to last purchase. Awesome service! Beautiful flowers were delivered same day! I made the call in the morning and flowers were delivered by 1pm as promised. Very helpful, and able to come up with a colorful bouquet as requested. Will definitely use their service again! Thank you!
