Rude, not helpful, doesn’t accept many ultrasound referrals, took me many calls to get the phone call answered.
I went in for X-Rays and had a great experience. The check in was quick efficient and friendly. I only waited a few minutes and was taken in quickly and imaging was done in no time. From the time I walked in until I left was only 20 minutes, and No appointment needed. I drove from Vernon and saved weeks if not months of time. This place is great…too bad we don’t have as good in the Okanagan.
I had an examination here yesterday. Both the staff at the entrance and the person who performed the examination were incredibly kind and helpful. I was a little worried after reading some negative reviews, but those concerns turned out to be completely unfounded. I truly appreciated how kind and caring everyone was.
I called a left a message days ago and never got a call back. I find out it’s walk in so sure enough I go in and they tell me they need both parents present to X-ray my toddler. Would have nice to know that if they had answered the phone or bothered to call me back.
