Very disappointing experience. I called in the morning and was clearly told that no appointment was needed for an X-ray and that a prescription from my doctor in my home country would be accepted if translated. Based on this, we changed our plans and went with our child. However, once we arrived, we were told that a Canadian doctor’s prescription was required, which was completely different from what we were told on the phone.
