Today was my first visit and I felt much tension releif after my massage work was completed.
The therapist was pleasant person and definitely knew her stuff. However, I am unhappy and a bit surprised by the session time. I was scheduled for 45 minutes, starting 2:15. The session started 15 minutes late (at 2:30) and ended in 30 minutes. I was charged the full amount for 45 minutes. Doesn’t feel good as I paid almost half of it out of pocket. At minimum, I was expecting an acknowledgement that my time was messed up. Looking at other comments, I am sure it is not a bad place; just reporting my experience.
