This is not a salon, but a small rented room off a shared space where your hair will be washed. At first Akiko was very friendly, but slowly became more rigid. The feeling somehow became awkward over time and morphed into how I could accommodate her rather than the other way around. Additionally, I have always been accustomed to much more attention to detail when it comes to service, cut, color and finish. Wow, Akiko is truly magical! Watching her work is like an artist in motion. She gave me the cutest, most me haircut I could have ever wanted. It also feels so easy to style. On top of that she is very sweet and radiant that I have a small girl crush, making the whole experience feel special. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for thoughtful styling from someone unbelievably skilled in her craft!
Been here since 2015. Love it - Akiko has a great taste on coloring hair as well as a designer’s mindset. You can never go wrong here!
