Staff was great. I was given a great treatment plan that I can afford. The Dr definitely knows what he is doing and what I thought would be a very painful treatment turned out to be painless.

Dr. Kolakowski and staff are true dedicated professionals. The care and one on one attention given during an appointment is excellent. Thank you to Jennifer my hygienist who provided a friendly experience during my visit. Leah and Lori the front desk staff greeted me with a smile and provided treatment appointments to accommodate my schedule at check out.
