got in on time for cleaning appointment. pleasant staff and dentist explained upcoming procedures and options
I would like to thank Dr David Kolakowski and his staff for all the work they are doing on my new upper denture's, along with how they treat me with dignity and respect. It is really nice to be able to smile again, for having new teeth has helped me with my self-esteem. This would not have been possible without Dr. David Kolakowski's caring and generosity!
My appt. was at 11am and I had to wait 20 minutes before being called back to have my teeth cleaned. Other than that everything else was fine.
The office staff was very welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted with a gift and placed in a private room to complete my paper work. Michelle did my cleaning and she was very professional. She was also very friendly. I will be requesting her again. She made sure to explain everything that she was doing, or what she felt I needed to have completed and why. After Michelle was complete, Dr. Bill came in. He was not as welcoming and/or pleasant. I would like to thank DR David Kolakowski, And his staff for a very wonderful visit, DR Kolakowski and his staff are very professional, very kind, they make you feel at ease. I cannot thank them enough for all the kindness they have given me and ongoing generosity. I would also like to thank the young lady who cleaned my teeth she was very professional, And knowledgeable in her job. I highly recommend DR David Kolakoski , You cannot find a better dentist then him, Thanks again.
