We could not be happier with Kaminski Construction. Their attention to detail is exceptional. We had several change orders and they did a great job of explaining them and were still able to finish the project on time even with the additions. They kept the job site absolutely spotless. Patrick B****** with Kaminski Construction was professional, courteous and prompt in his response to my request for a bid on a re-siding project. He gave me a very thorough bid by email in a timely manner and he followed that bid up with a personal phone call to see if I had any questions. I would recommend getting a bid from Kaminski Construction for any home project that you may need!

I had, had previous experience with Kaminski Construction through a prior employer so I knew Kaminski Construction to be a reputable company. My project was a complete tear out of my water damaged kitchen, floor to ceiling, that included the tear out of the soffits with extensive electrical work. Kaminski reinstalled the flooring and the beautiful new cabinets we had ordered. Kaminski’s crew worked diligently thought the project. I would certainly call on them to do any new projects, without reservation.

Kaminski Construction was referred to us by another construction company when we were seeking help with smaller projects. They have done 3 different projects for us including ventilating our attic, refinishing our deck, and Sheetrock repair. They were always responsive in a relatively short time period, always courteous and professional, and they did good work. They are our go-to home maintenance preference.

In November I hired Kaminski Construction to replace all the flooring and paint the interior of the house I had just purchased. Not only did they do an amazing job but were able to start the job quickly and had it finished before Thanksgiving.

I hired Kaminski Construction in Eugene to renovate a 1,600 sq ft foreclosed home using a 203k rehab loan. They worked with me to ensure it was safe, met code and was completed timely and stylish. I received positive feedback from neighbors watching the process. Kaminski made sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the contract. I then hired them to reroof another home and they did fantastic. I would hire them again.

Do not hire them. I have paint peeling, a broken new fence, and tonight a shelf they put up in the bathroom fell off the all and landed on me. It seems in there view heavy selves don't need Anchor Screws just little wood screws. No they weren't in a stud. I am now looking forward to patching and touching up that wall. I think I'll take down the other self before it falls on my head.
