We used Kaminski Construction to repaint our 93 year old house. It needed a lot of prepping and they took the time to do that chore. We had a couple of things that needed repair and they consulted us first, advised us of the best way to make the repairs, and the cost involved. I hired Kaminski to repair a small section of my manufactured home due to fire. I could not ask for better results from start to finish. Many companies do not work on manufactured homes. Kaminski came to our immediate rescue after a tree fell on to our house. We really appreciated Kaminski for their constant professionalism throughout the entire job. We couldn't be more pleased with the painting of our home! The crew was courteous, detailed, and cleaned up everything really well. Our home looks brand new!
We had a 35,000 sqft vacant retail space that needed demo and cleared of all counters, etc in preparation for new business tenant. Kaminski performed this work quickly, had great communication, stuck to schedule and proposal and had one of the happiest, most polite crews I have ever hired.
We have used Kaminski Construction now for 2 different projects. The first was re-roofing our home. At first we selected a different company and they were doing a horrible job. Kaminski helped us break that contract, fixed the things the other company had done incorrectly and finished the job. We just had them replace our windows. Both times they were professional, courteous and did an amazingly thorough job. I will always reach out to them when I have a home improvement need.
