A visit to the dentist is one most dreaded, I am sure I am nit alinw on this! However from the Lobby to the staff you feel welcome; spa music, the Atmosphere - superb. From getting an answer before office hours and getting an appointment to boot then Diane calling (before office hours) to see if I had gotten a response in person, customer service? Extremely impsressed with my firist visit this is the defintion of excellent customer service. I look forward to becoming one of enchantings loyal clients
My husband was in so much pain because his molar tooth had open nerves and we went in and they didn't charge him for the X-rays or consultation and then they helped me break the money down in payments and they were so helpful and explained everything so much. I recommend this dentist for everything. They are so nice. God bless them. :)
