The best nail salon in Folsom! Attention to detail is unmatched, the environment is clean, quiet, calm, and relaxing. They do beautiful hard gel that lasts a month, and shape/design exactly how I ask (or show in a photo). My pedicure was out of this world!! Massage lasted a very long time and they really make you feel pampered and special.
I normally love this place but am very disappointed with the way I was treated during a recent reschedule. I made an appointment last night for two pedicures this morning and woke up not feeling well. I called and left two voicemails feeling badly about the reschedule and wanted to make sure they received the messages. Someone called me back (I didn’t get her name) and was extremely rude about the reschedule, stating that I have a history of this.
