I just went to Dr. Kaman for the first time. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kaman is very personable and friendly. I like his style. He really put me at ease. I had not been to a dentist in over 10yrs. At the end of my visit the staff worked with me on my bill as my insurance did not cover what I thought it was going to cover. They were able to show me what coverage I did have in order to better plan my follow up visit so I could make arrangements if necessary to cover costs that the insurance would not pic... read more
The dentists and hygienists are very kind and for the most part professional. The front end of the office is horrible. It's the only dental practice where I still get a bill even after things that insurance should cover. The insurance tells me to have them resubmit it. The dentist staff said they did everything on their end, and you're still out that money and they demanded pay that day instead of trying to resubmit or appeal to insurance. Dr. Kaman and his staff are professional, kind and caring. As a new patient, I felt instantly at ease and that I could trust them with my care. The set up for the dental chair was very comfortable and the office had a nice contemporary vibe- and was super clean! Highly recommend!
WARNING: As of a month ago I was a patient of Dr. Kaman (I have since moved to Raleigh, NC). I went to him for regular cleanings and check ups. During one of my visits I complained to him about my TMJ. He sold me a $500 night guard that was completely useless. When I called him back for a referral to a specialist in Boston, MA, he refused to give it. Why? I have no idea.
