Unsavory practices Everyone has a bad day. At Kamal Trading Co Inc though, it seems to be a daily occurence in spite of the "Ten Commandments For Customer Service" chart on their wall. In spite of having been a faithful customer for over ten years, they refused to exchange brand new, untouched, still in the package merchandise. This was not cut chains which I understand they would not be able to sale anymore. Instead, it was an ounce of sterling silver wire. I had the receipt. Kamal Trading Co Inc is a great place for findings! This is THE BEST place I have found for findings and chains. The store is set in the back corner of a tiny business area - and the door is always locked - so you have to ring the bell, but once they open door they have a selection that will amaze you - giant bags of stuff - and Swarovski crystals as well - typically they sell to merchants - so a resellers licence will save you some money - and get the catalogue while you're there - it's great too!
