I put on six racks of ribs. Your product thermostat is broken and read a different temperature. Charcoaled some of the ribs. Y’all need to send me a new one or replace the thermostat.

Reminds me of the Weber Grill in Chicago. Great food, casual atmosphere and a great cocktail menu.
Purchased first grill yesterday. Used it for steaks. My temperature control methods need work. Going to start on hamburgers in an hour. Really like the grill.
Unfortunately they are closed down now. Not sure if they'll be able to reopen in the future, but very much hoping so--one of Raleigh's best & finest in every way, from most excellent delicious food to incredible service/staff to great atmosphere/decor. They will be greatly missed.
