To the owner/manager, I wanted to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had at your store on the night of July 21, 2025. Incredibly helpful and patient employees!! I came down for a visit and needed an emergency replacement for a nose stud I had lost. Unfortunately I’m pretty new to piercings and ended up asking the girls a lot of questions while I was there. They were super kind and offered a lot of advice and were happy to take the time to help me out.
